What is FASTRACK shipping????

It's simple if you need your cover delivered within 7 days we offer a FASTRACK service. How it works is we stay back on overtime to make your cover especially so it does not jump the queue and then make & ship it usually within 24hrs (not over a weekend or holiday period). We then FASTRACK it via Fed Ex/DHL or our preferred shipping company. We cannot guarantee delivery within 7 days due to the shipping company but we can guarantee we will make it, bag it up and get it out the door within 24hrs of a confirmed order.

What time frame Could I expect my cover normally?

Covers are usually made and delivered within 2-3 weeks depending on the work load at the time. When you place an order online we have a system in place that alerts you via e-mail where we are with the manufacturing process. Firstly an e-mail:-

Confirming the order (we have received it & you get an order number)
Processing Your Order (Payment is taken manually, not automatically online)
Completed your Order (Your cover has been bagged & tagged & shipped shortly)

Most people assume payment is automated online but we like to manually process payments, because sometimes the order form will add things up wrong or miss important information that we can manually enter.
